The TBI Book Nosh is a Jewish book club that meets on the first Tuesday of every month in the TBI Conference Room at Tiferet Bet Israel, 1920 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Our meetings begin at 7:45 pm, and last about 90 minutes.
In this book club, rather than asking all participants to read the same book, each participant is free to bring a book of his or her own choice, or no book at all. Those participants bringing a book have a chance to tell the group a little something about their selection, followed by a group discussion of the points raised by the book report. There is no requirement to bring a book, or give a report, in order to participate in the discussion. The only requirement is that the books be by a Jewish author, or be about a Jewish person, or deal with themes of interest to Jewish people.
